Service Description

Get your home workspace configured for productive, comfortable work. We help set up and configure computers, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, webcams, printers, speakers, and other common work-from-home equipment. We can also help connect compatible equipment to your existing home network and configure peripherals so your workspace is ready to use. If additional equipment, cables, adapters, hardware, or upgrades may be needed, we’ll explain the options before any additional purchase or work. Service rate: $159/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time is billed at $159/hour and may be billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Most appointments take approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the equipment, workspace, and work required. More extensive setups may require additional time. Additional equipment, hardware, or upgrades are not included in the service rate. No additional work or purchases will be made without your approval. DuPage Home Tech assists with your home workspace and compatible equipment. Employer-owned computers and corporate systems remain subject to your employer’s policies and IT requirements.
