Service Description

Having trouble with your computer, Wi-Fi, printer, or other technology? We come to you to diagnose the problem and help get your equipment working properly. We can troubleshoot common computer problems, Wi-Fi and network connectivity, printers, monitors, peripherals, software issues, device connections, and other everyday technology problems. We'll explain what we find in plain language and discuss your options before additional work, equipment, or upgrades are needed. Service rate: $159/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time is billed at $159/hour and may be billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Most appointments take approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the problem, equipment, and work required. More complex issues may require additional time or specialized service. Additional equipment, hardware, software, or upgrades are not included in the service rate. No additional work or purchases will be made without your approval. Troubleshooting does not guarantee that a malfunctioning device can be repaired. If hardware failure, data recovery, manufacturer service, or specialized repair is identified, we'll explain the available options.
