Service Description

Get professional help configuring and troubleshooting your home Wi-Fi and network equipment. We can work with existing routers, new routers, wireless extenders, connected devices, and other common home networking equipment. We’ll assess your setup, configure compatible equipment, connect devices, and troubleshoot connectivity or coverage issues. If additional equipment, hardware, or upgrades may be needed, we’ll explain the options before any additional purchase or work. Service rate: $159/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time is billed at $159/hour and may be billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Most appointments take approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the home's layout, equipment, network configuration, and work required. More extensive work may require additional time. Additional equipment, hardware, or upgrades are not included in the service rate. No additional work or purchases will be made without your approval.
