Service Description

Set up the technology your home business needs to work efficiently and professionally. We help configure computers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, workstations, webcams, scanners, and other common business technology. We can also help connect compatible equipment to your existing home network, organize your workstation, configure peripherals, and troubleshoot common connectivity or setup issues. If additional equipment, cables, adapters, hardware, software, or upgrades may be needed, we'll explain the options before any additional purchase or work. Service rate: $159/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time is billed at $159/hour and may be billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Most appointments take approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the number of devices, equipment, network configuration, and work required. More extensive setups may require additional time. Additional equipment, hardware, software, or upgrades are not included in the service rate. No additional work or purchases will be made without your approval. DuPage Home Tech focuses on technology setup and support for small home-based businesses. Specialized business systems, servers, regulated environments, and third-party services may require additional providers or authorization.
